Electronic Warfare Frigate "Kitsune"

This great microscale ship by spook (Tim Zarki) is about 5 years old, but I just now discovered it (As well as the builder). The colors look very nice to me, and I really love the antennae. I also recommend anyone not familiar with spook's stuff to take a few minutes and look through his photostream. There's lots of other great MOCs in there as well.

Comrade Rocks

Kuiper Belt- (BiS) When in space, there are two things one has to look out for- enemy lasers, and space debris. While the tattered remains of spacecraft and the like can often appear, the most common form of debris is space rocks. This craft, the Soyuz R-a11 MARAUDER, has not only made peace with the rocks, it has been quite utilitarian in its design, and incorporated them! Not only would this craft be something formidable to run (physically) into, a skirmish with it would also be ill-advised. From the impressive panel-mounted turrets, to the hidden bombs on the underside, and the well-camouflaged radar dish/laser.

Ramming Speed!

Earth- (BiS) While starships and spacecraft are nice and all, nothing in the sky can match the brute force a tank can have on the ground. Massive weapons capacity, sheets upon sheets of armor, vehicle storage, and troop carrying capacity are all some of the great advantages to tank use. This lil' guy has the design of a tank, the slickness of a sports car, and the armaments of Rambo after a 50% off sale at the Weapon Store. The radar array on top is also worthy of note, as well as the excellent use of the Technic joint connectors.

Yellow River

Titan- (BiS) While sleek, sporty, eye catching starfighters and curvaceous command ships may be what we envision of the future, the current reality is that satelites have gone the furthest distance from Earth while still being in the realm of current feasibility. This great satellite, the Yangtze, seems to be an attack drone, programmed to fight off threats to the Earth from above the skies. With an elegant half-stud offset between the dark grey cheese slopes near the back of the ship to the excelent forward section, this craft makes an amazing Lego spacecraft!

Jauss-Addar Shipping Fleet

A stunning microscale shipping fleet by Titolan. The offset fence pieces, used as docking arms, is quite inspired. The subtle greebling along the sides really gives off an industrial utilitarian vibe. I am also fond of the minifig leg with the bridge dangling from it in the bottom right.

Side note: Titolan's Drone Variants, using some new dark orange pieces found in some recent SW sets. The new light grey wrench pieces on the last drone works well for the forklift.

Black and White

Near Earth Orbit- (BiS) This little space panda doesn't have ANY qualms about blowing your craft out of the vacuum, just as long as it's been ordered to. With pinpoint accuracy, this starfighter from Bam207 doesn't disappoint visually, especially with shaping. The monochrome colour scheme is reminiscent of the Space Shuttle program, and it doesn't looks SO strange as to be outside the dimensions of reality.

Pegasus XL

Earth - (BiS) Apojove has built this faithful representation of a Pegasus XL rocket, an unmanned. winged space launch vehicle. The integration of the wings are done particularly well, and he has included a stand to go along with it, making it a nice display for any NASA executive's desk. The icing on the cake however, is the payload of the rocket itself, set off in gold and blue, and using the new 1x1 round tiles. A detailed view of the real-life rockets sections can be seen here.

Castor Oil

Jupiter- (BiS) Ever since seeing this amazing MOC by nate_daly, I've wanted to pay it some sort of tribute.The excellent striping, integration of dark green parts, and ridiculous amounts of SNOT add up to make what looks to be one of the most swooshable spacecraft I've seen in a while! Also, this double cockpit idea seems to be gaining quite a bit of popularity recently, maybe it's no accident....

Night Raptor

Mars- (BiS) This awesome starfighter from .Jake is great, and it's only the Mk. II! The brown accents provide just enough contrast between the cockpit and weapons sections, while still keeping the ship flowing as one piece. The angles are also excellent, from the angled tail fins to the downward facing cockpit.

Independence Day

Earth- (BiS) When it comes to alien invasion movies, the name Independence Day often comes up. No only does it include lasers, Area 51, and Will Smith, it also has some pretty awesome spacecraft. Halfbreak has created a beautiful Micro rendition of the destruction of the White House from the movie, complete with minifig head trees!
